Playing without resampling

For "bit perfect" playback, make sure the audio normalization (replay gain and EBUR128), equalizer and bs2b is disabled.

You can check the sample rate and bit depth played with the following command:

   tail -f /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/sub0/hw_params
